Definitions<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For the purpose of these Terms &amp; Conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Artwork<\/strong>: Original physical paintings created by Flip Moller Art<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Commissioned Artwork<\/strong>: Custom-made artwork created upon customer request<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Workshop Package<\/strong>: A bundled experience consisting of multiple scheduled sessions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Sip &amp; Paint Event<\/strong>: A guided group painting event held at a scheduled time<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Customer<\/strong>: Any individual purchasing products or services from Flip Moller Art<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Website<\/strong>: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flipmollerart.com\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"http:\/\/www.flipmollerart.com\">www.flipmollerart.com<\/a> (and all language versions)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-c767f08979256990eca49a1c3f526744\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">3. Products and Artwork<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-060ff8f5ccbe66cc3f9f18c245af0b65 wp-block-paragraph\">All artworks displayed on this website are original works created by Flip Moller unless explicitly stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-45fdaf1e9b63de7c2ded27c545d1f416 wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the handmade nature of artworks, minor variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur between digital representation and the physical piece.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-1a95c8219bcd35b85e30c65098e67317 wp-block-paragraph\">Availability of artworks is not guaranteed and may change without prior notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-7c17cc118d5cbefdc04c6b5dab2f67be\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">4. Orders and Payments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-33962d6e84ae2a6b8d1885982f1260ba wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are confirmed only after successful payment has been received.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-64be131f0304eb04a1acb255421b40fb wp-block-paragraph\">Payments are processed securely through approved third-party payment providers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-143fee03e085b3f2bac1e8819b8f95b0 wp-block-paragraph\">Flip Moller Art reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or technical issues.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For commissioned artworks:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The remaining 50% is due upon completion, before delivery or collection<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d044cd335bc025ea9437ba34d420722d\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">5. Shipping and Collection<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-553e21ff695720ecbbd6b8f216b73288 wp-block-paragraph\">Physical artworks may be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d2d30345c2dcb6c1672539d8d4417dfe\">Shipped via third-party courier services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d20a22d124a3e48a2a1f712c45408869\">Collected in person by appointment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6306a15ecee0c966ac0fc82c3eb49d2d wp-block-paragraph\">Shipping costs are calculated separately during checkout unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-4fe8e109e0fd2b6e6bd51e2abfeac089 wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a6868335760b44a0725957e7d4c0b270\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">5.1 Shipping responsibility, insurance and claims<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a6e101df0cd4f51d3cc191f7abeca8be wp-block-paragraph\">Risk transfers to the customer upon confirmed delivery by the courier.<br><br>Shipping insurance may be offered or discussed prior to shipment depending on the destination, value, and shipping method. Where applicable, insurance coverage is optional and may affect the level of compensation in the event of damage or loss.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-138df9694a4143c9fdf04c6bc86d53c0 wp-block-paragraph\">If an artwork arrives damaged or is lost:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The customer must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear photographic evidence is required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The artwork must remain in its received condition for assessment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Claims will be handled in cooperation with the shipping provider and any applicable insurance coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Resolution depends on the outcome of the carrier investigation and insurance terms and may include repair, replacement (if possible), or compensation in accordance with the applicable coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d4cc251b53b43f437fcd3b719bfca2c3\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">6. Workshops and Events<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-73a46374afb1a28c7e24eef4023a6b28 wp-block-paragraph\">Workshop and Sip &amp; Paint bookings are subject to availability and may require a minimum number of participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-38f53742e7c3b6c56af67359f97da60b wp-block-paragraph\">If Flip Moller Art cancels or reschedules an event, customers will be offered a refund or alternative date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All cancellations and refund conditions are governed by the Refund &amp; Cancellation Policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-5cd39563ae9b88b55fe0ca9f7df1d5d0 wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for attending scheduled sessions. Missed sessions are not refundable. Participants who miss a scheduled workshop session may attend a catch-up session on any Friday between 12:00 pm and 5:00 pm, subject to workshop availability. Catch-up sessions operate on a walk-in basis and do not require prior booking or notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Participants are expected to behave respectfully and safely during workshops and events.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Flip Moller Art reserves the right to refuse participation or remove individuals in cases of unsafe, disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour without refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-eb13720d1c9dbf5c2f45e0c7a237dad6\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">7. Commissioned Artwork<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-b8ee0112494a1fc2315549ddc20380e8 wp-block-paragraph\">Commissioned artworks are custom-made pieces created specifically for the customer based on agreed reference material and instructions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-41488e91091d3e86f90e0480228301d9 wp-block-paragraph\">Commissioned artworks typically require a production time of approximately 2 to 8 weeks, depending on complexity and current workload.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A commission proceeds only after mutual agreement and confirmation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a6637dd8768499a43364e6a7186f9e86 wp-block-paragraph\">Commission conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>50% non-refundable deposit required before work begins<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Remaining 50% due upon completion, before delivery or collection<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each artwork is created as an original artistic interpretation and does not include revision rounds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The deposit covers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Consultation and planning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Material preparation<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Allocation of studio time<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to the handmade nature of the work, final artworks may differ slightly from reference images.<br><br>If a commissioned artwork is not accepted by the client upon completion, or if the remaining 50% balance is not paid, the initial 50% deposit remains non-refundable. In such cases, the artwork remains the property of Flip Moller Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Non-portrait commissioned works that are not accepted or not completed due to non-payment may be made available for sale at the discretion of Flip Moller Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-a0465540ec3cd214d51256ae11aca5f7 wp-block-paragraph\">Flip Moller Art reserves the right to refuse commission requests at its discretion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-9b5a6e226ece137f7fd936db140df42d\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">8. Intellectual Property<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-21ed5b008604d26f0ab9554c04b144ee wp-block-paragraph\">All artwork, images, text, designs, and content displayed on this website remain the intellectual property of Flip Moller Art unless stated otherwise.<br><br>Artwork and website content may not be:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Copied<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reproduced<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Distributed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Printed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Downloaded for commercial purposes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Modified<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used commercially<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Used for AI training, machine learning datasets, or generative artificial intelligence systems<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-6cd553645f18f0029631f576c6e6308a wp-block-paragraph\">without prior written permission from Flip Moller Art.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-d66f4cfb64c87b5beefe68d9091a2c85 wp-block-paragraph\">Purchasing artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading has-ast-global-color-8-color has-text-color has-link-color wp-elements-481a9a3c6e940167fb80e42563154bc4\" style=\"font-style:normal;font-weight:500\">9.
